I endeavour to maintain a clutter free, simple reading environment that takes just a few minutes to read a complete story. This blog is free for all. One way you could 'repay' me if you like the story you have read is to refer others to this blog and the specific story. I would appreciate that kind of word-of-mouth (or its modern equivalent - email, link, Facebook posting) advertising, since it is the best kind. Kindly do to the extent you can without feeling uncomfortable or like a spammer.

Thanks for visiting and hope you enjoy reading!

Who is a Bigot, Racist, Fascist, Misogynist?

Convince me that a person is a 'bigot' without using the word 'bigot'.
Convince me that a person is a 'racist' without using the word 'racist'.
Convince me that a person is a 'fascist' without using the word 'fascist'.
Convince me that a person is a 'misogynist' without using the word 'misogynist'

Use indisputable facts, their actions, reason that lead me to conclude for myself that they are a bigot, racist or fascist or whatever. Then we can agree to conveniently, use the term 'bigot' or 'racist' or 'fascist', 'misogynist' when there is a need, else it is just name-calling with no real meaning. Often those throwing the terms around loosely, at every chance themselves exhibit the reasoning or actions that qualify them to be labelled as such.

In any reasonable discussion or debate, it is OK to disagree with someone's preferences or policies or viewpoints - hopefully with a civil, clear stated reason. We may not agree with someone deserving of a label, despite looking at the same 'evidence', we might choose to interpret things in a different way and believe something else about them.

So, let us debate ideas, issues and policies, rather than people and their labels.
