On Mad Dogs and NOT Englishmen (RATED PG-13)


"Mad Dog" Mattis - the US Defence Secretary visited India. I understand the honorific for the attitude of that man and admire it myself upon reading about him and his quotes. Great traits! On a lighter note, it occurred to me how Hindi language newspapers might translate it and how it does not sound honorable upon translation to 'Pagal Kutta' Mattisji! Cultural differences!
Also it occurred to me that feminism still has ways to go and I cannot accept women as equally cool until the day women feel honoured in being given a title of 'Crazy Bitch' if they had an attitude like General Mattis!
